Back at our customer’s Solution Day — and this time, our boss joined the visit too. 😊
We spent the whole day at the customer’s company, and it was a really meaningful experience for our team.
During the morning sales meeting, the customer actively introduced and promoted our POS machines/POS terminal to their customers which honestly meant a lot to us. It’s always exciting to see our products being recognized in the market by people who truly understand the industry.
In the afternoon, we had in-depth discussions about future projects, product expectations, and real market needs. These face-to-face conversations always help us better understand how we can support our partners more effectively — not just as a supplier, but as a long-term partner.
